Received this book on Saturday, read the whole book on Sunday, I could not put it down. Very insightful. The concepts in this book should be standard far all leaders of teams and for anyone looking to have a full filled and happy life. After teading the book I wished that I was working for Desert Star Construction not just with them. I know Jerry and most of his team and have always said they are the best people to work for/with. Jerry is one of those people who when you talk to him it's like you've know each other for years. I've been in the construction business for 28 years and I have never worked with a better team, they are the best, and it all starts from the top.Product details

Much of the literature you read on building teams in the workplace deal with the internal interactions of the group and how they develop. i.e.… forming, storming, norming, performing and adjoining. I found this book different and refreshing in the use of adaptable tools to build a team that is motivated to be the best. The book has great takeaways with key ideas backed up by the author’s personal experiences. I recommend this quick forward thinking read as a staple for any business owner that desires excellence in his business, while being an innovative asset to his/her community and society.
